ARTalk: Join Charis JB, Megan Hueble, and Olivia Perreault on Tuesday, May 8 from 6-7pm to learn about their experiences in the Brandon Fellowship, hear about their artistic processes and development of their work.
The Brandon Fellowship is a program for young artists between the ages of 21-30 which provides university-style studio space at GCCA for a period of six months, renewable for one additional six-month period, along with a stipend for supplies, a mentorship from a local working artist, and access to a number of classes taught at GCCA. The three main goals of the Brandon Fellowship are:
- to support talented artists who may not otherwise have access to a formal art education
- to foster a sense of community
- to promote diversity at the Greenville Center for Creative Arts
